Which currencies do you accept?

We work with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Litecoin (LTC), BNB, XRP and fiat currencies including USD, EUR, TRY and RUB. Our list of supported currencies continues to grow, so please confirm current availability with a manager.

Do I need to provide documents?

Small transactions usually do not require documents. For transactions above the threshold set by the regulator, we are required to complete customer identification (KYC) in accordance with the applicable laws of Northern Cyprus.

How is the exchange rate determined?

Our rates are based on live market quotes from major crypto exchanges, plus an operating margin. The rate is fixed when the transaction is confirmed and remains valid for the agreed time window.

Can I exchange cryptocurrency remotely?

Yes. For remote transactions, we receive cryptocurrency in our wallet and transfer fiat by bank transfer or another agreed method. Contact us and we will advise on the best option.

Is it safe to work with Magnax?

Yes. Magnax Enterprises Ltd operates officially in Northern Cyprus, and all transactions are properly documented. Our focus is on building long-term relationships, not one-off deals.

How quickly is a transaction completed?

In-office transactions usually take between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the amount and transaction type. Remote transfers depend on blockchain confirmation times and banking systems and usually take from 15 minutes to several hours.
